Warranty and return policy
Warranty
All items purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty. Legal guarantee means that a product is or should be what the consumer may reasonably expect from it. For some products there is also a manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the product is delivered to you damaged or opened, you may of course return it free of charge. We would like to receive photos of the opened or damaged products. In that case, please contact the customer service department, quoting your order number.
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns that have not been in contact with the animal. Products can be viewed and held next to the animal to check the correct size but should not be tried on.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, all payments made by you up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any extra costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) will be refunded immediately and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return a part of your order, the delivery charges will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
